01 Coconut

Copra is dried edible coconut (Cocos nucifera ). It is consumed as a dry fruit. We are leading exporter of superior quality copra from India since 2010. Indian copra is preferred world over for its quality and superior taste.

02 Ground nuts with shell

Groundnut shells account for approximately 20% of the dried peanut pod by weight, meaning there is a significant amount of shell residual left after groundnut processing.

03 Roasted gram

Roasted Gram are typically eaten as a snack in India. The nutritional data proves chana to be an amazing source of minerals and fatty acids.

04 Peanuts

Peanut / groundnut (Arachis hypogaea) is cultivated in large area in India. We are exporter of bold / runner & Java peanut kernel of different counts (38/42, 40/50, 50/60 and 70/80), pods and blanched kernel from India. Indian peanut, particularly Gujarat is famous for its nutty flavour and consumed in over 50 countries. All products of peanuts are processed in the hygienic condition with desired standards.

05 Cumin seeds

Cumin (Cuminum cyminum) is the dried, white fruit/seed with greyish brown colour of a small slender annual herb. In Hindi it is known as Jeera or Jira. The aromatic seed like fruit is mildly bitter and has a warm flavour. It is used as a condiment, and is an ingredient in curry powders, seasonings of breads, cakes and cheese. Cumin seed oil is used in perfumery and for flavouring liqueurs and cordials.

06 Coriander Seeds

Coriander (Coriandrum sativum ) is an important seed spice crop having a prime position in flavouring food. Fruit/seed has delicate fragrance. The seeds are pale white to light brown in colour also locally known as Dhana. The seeds are widely used as condiments with or without roasting in the preparation of curry powders, sausages and seasonings.

07 Bayleaf

Tejpatta (Cinnamomum tamala ) is a small to moderately sized ever green tree. The leaves of this tree is the spice having clove like taste and a faintly pepper like odour. The leaves are mainly used for flavouring food.

08 Chilli

Chilli (Capsicum annum ) is dried fruit of the genus Capsicum. India is the highest producer of chillies in the world. Dry chilly/powder is extensively used as spice in curry dishes. It is also used as an ingredient in curry powder and in seasonings. Different varieties/types of dried chilli pods and powder are available as per the preference of customers.

09 Seasam Seeds

Sesame may be a angiosperm within the Sesamum , also called benne. Numerous wild relatives occur in Africa and a smaller number in India. it's widely naturalized in tropical regions round the world and is cultivated for its edible seeds, which grow in pods.

10 Fenugreek Seeds

Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum ) seed is the ripe fruit; a commercial part of an annual herb belongs to family Fabaceae. Fenugreek is used both as a food and food additive as well as in medicines. As a spice, it flavours food. In Hindi and Gujarati language it is known as Methi.

11 Chickpeas

Chickpea, (Cicer arietinum ), also called gram or Bengal gram, annual plant of the pea family (Fabaceae) is a rich source of protein, carbohydrates and minerals. The chickpea is important in Indian, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine. We offer two types of chickpeas; the white-seeded "Kabuli" and the brown coloured "Desi".

12 Fennel Seeds

Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) is a biennial aromatic plant belongs to family Apiaceae. The ripe fruit (seed) is commercial part having agreeable aroma. In Hindi it is known as Saunf or Sonp. Dried seeds have fragrant odour and pleasant aromatic taste and therefore used as a masticatory. They are also used for flavouring soups, meat dishes, sauces, pastries, confectionaries and liquors.

13 Kalonji

Kalonji (Nigella sativa ) is an annual flowering plant in the family Ranunculaceae. In English, kalonji seeds are variously called black caraway, black seed, black cumin, nigella, and kalanji. Its seeds are used as a spice in Indian and Middle Eastern cuisines. In traditional and unani medicine various products and oil are also utilized.

Onions are the third most consumed fresh vegetable in the Unites States and available in grocery stores all year long. Ranging in size from less than one-inch in diameter to over 4.5 inches in diameter, bulb onions can be yellow, red, or white in color.

15 Tamarind

Tamarind (Tamarindus indica) is extensively found in India. De-fiberred and seedless ripe fruit of tamarind tree is used as a condiment. Tamarind pulp is also used in numerous culinary preparations. Best quality processed tamarind (de-fiberred and de-seeded) supplied in bulk quantity.
